Al has been in the auto sales industry since the 1960s. Originally a Caper, he became the President of MacPhee Pontiac Buick GMC in 1983.
 
Al’s connections to helping families run deep – as the eleventh child in a large family, how could they not be? He is an active participant in the community, from working with the Dartmouth General Hospital, the Dartmouth Natal Day and the Dartmouth Kinsmen Club.
 
MacPhee Chevrolet has more than just an emotional connection to the Salvation Army – its original business was owned and operated by Salvation Army officers! Over the course of its existence, the dealership has earned GM’s Triple Crown award 17 times, including ten straight award over the past ten years.
